Students and teachers from Coombe School (London) visit us!

On 7 and 10 March we received three teachers and 24 students from Coombe Girls' School (New Malden, London, England). We spent Friday in Seville, showing them some of the most beautiful sights in the city, and then on Monday they came to visit our school and - why not - to learn how to dance "sevillanas".

Here are some pics and videos of their visit.

INFOGRAPHICS: VOLLEYBALL AND THE GESTALT

Teachers Oscar and Nahid have been working on volleyball and the Gestalt in Physical Education and Philosophy with their Bachillerato 1 students. The final product of their learning situation were infographics in which students, working in groups of 3, presented this sport including some of the principles of Gestalt. A really interesting project!

They have studied the origins of several teams by analysing the evolution of their crests (or logos). Here is an example of their work.

THE GLOBAL WARMING POSTER CONTEST!
